 The studio is fully designed and built for writing, recording, production, and mixing. It is an incredible sounding room and the vibe is great. You will have your own private control room, private vocal booth, lounge, private kitchen, private bathroom, private patio, and ample parking. The facility also offers bottled water, coffee, kitchenette commons area, and outdoor patio with conversation bar additional to the private patio. There are also restaurants close by as the studio is walking distance from the Noho arts district. We have a full security system and cameras on at all times. It is the perfect place for any of your music projects.
